OYAA!: Ottawa Youth Artists Alliance

The Ottawa Youth Artists Alliance, or OYAA! is a free art club for youth ages 9 to 18 years.  Sponsored by the Ottawa Community Arts Council and held in the lower level of the Carnegie Cultural Center at 5th & Main. They meet every Wednesday at 3:45 pm and Friday from 2 to 4 pm.  Find them on Facebook at OYAA Ottawa Youth Arts Alliance.

OYAA! provides a safe place for kids to create art and express themselves while learning about responsibility and creative problem solving.  Some activities include; "creating art to see, "art fundraisers, "painting murals, "art field trips, "youth exhibitions and so much more!  To sign up your young artisit or for more information call Leigh Hanson (913) 226-8607.
